Goji Berries A Powerful Antioxidant Super Food

People have been eating Goji berries in various forms and they have been used by herbalists to heal for over 2000 years or longer. There are hundreds of stories about Chinese herbalist and Tibetan Monks who have eaten these berries all their lives and lived to be over 200 years old.
