Green Tea Benefit
Bad Breath Solution

A green tea benefit; You probably brush your teeth, gargle with mouthwash, chew gum, and have tried mints to get rid of bad breath. Even after all of those you still have bad breath. However, there is a natural answer and that is the common beverage green tea. That solves halitosis better than any of the above solutions

The cause of bad breath is to much bacteria in your mouth. These bacteria can generate volatile sulfur compounds (VSC) which can cause the bad odor. Sulfur is the main component in the rotten egg smell of natural gas.
Researchers recently studied several ways to deal with these bacteria. Their findings strongly suggest that green tea is more effective than chewing gum, mints, or a parsley seed oil product for halitosis.

In this study, researchers compared topical administration of gum, mints, and the parsley oil to 675 mg of green tea powder The participants simply poured the powder on their tongue, and allowed it to dissolve in saliva, then swallowed. After the topical administration, mouth air was analyzed for VSCs. Only the green tea reduced the VSCs. Further green tea extracts (powders) are inexpensive and easy to get.

A second lab study found that combining green tea with toothpaste produced strong deodorant effects.

Wouldn’t it be better to use a natural substance to solve this problem instead of chemical induced cover up? Green tea benefits are many besides just the solution for bad breath. You can get a powerful antioxidant at the same time. There hasd been studies that show that many mouthwashes cause more problems than they solve and many are heavily fluoridated.
Other green tea benefits, are green tea may actual quell the unwanted bacterial process from starting. Green tea contains chlorophyll which is excellent at combating halitosis. It is also antibacterial and it is a major antioxidant.

Other recommendations; if you have chronic bad breath have your dentist check your gum's for periodontal disease. It is also a good idea to clean up your diet for a toxic bowel or digestive system can give off bad smelling compounds and be absorbed from your gut.
