Lets face it, healthy diet foods are fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains and herbs. A healthy diet does not include lots of fat, processed food, sugar, or harmone rich meats. Some grass feed or organic meat and eggs are good in small quantities. It is obvious no one wants to hear this. Our diets have been made up of all the things that are not very good for our bodies since the processed food business started in the 1940"s and the fast food industry started in the 1950"s. This way of eating is now ingrained in our society much to the delight of the folks in those industries. However gathering mountains of research papers show without doubt that processed food, fast food and non organic meats just are not good for our bodies.
