Poor Circulation in Feet Can Be Improved and Cured Naturally

Poor circulation in feet is peripheral vascular disease in action. This is also known as PVD. Vascular disease is found all over the body but is first seen in the toes, feet, hands and fingers as well as the arms and legs. The first symptom is coldness in the areas of poor circulation. I tell you this because I have done it my self. Just changing your diet and intake of food based supplements high in antioxidants can lower your cholesterol by 40 points in less than six months. stay away from processed food especially sugar. Slow Coffee consumption increase green tea drinking.

Third start chelation therapy. If your condition is severe find a doctor or other health professional and take 10 treatments of IV Chelation. If your symptoms are light or are just starting take EDTA oral chelation. I have done both successfully.
