The Strawberry Nutrition found in fresh whole raw strawberries is that they have almost no fat of any kind or Cholesterol or salt. They are also very rich in fiber and vitamin C, not to mention minerals like Potassium, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium and Phosphorus, and most importantly Folate.
